Chester County measles cluster grows as Pa. cases hit 1,222

Pennsylvania's measles outbreak has reached 1,222 confirmed cases and at least five deaths, with Chester County — which borders Delaware County and the Radnor-Haverford area — now reporting 90 cases and the only active spread in the Philadelphia region.
