Two fall festivals return to Radnor Township in September and October, starting with a street fair in downtown Wayne and followed by a free pumpkin patch at the Willows.

The Wayne Business Association (WBA) hosts its 34th annual Radnor Fall Festival on Sunday, Sept. 20, along North Wayne Avenue from noon to 4 p.m. The lineup includes live music, dance performances, face painters, a top dog contest, kids' rides, moon bounces, local vendors and food from area restaurants, according to Main Line Today.

Wayne Presbyterian Church opens its parking lot for the majority of the festival rides, according to a WBA newsletter. The WBA called last year's edition one of the most highly attended in its history, according to the group's Fall 2025 newsletter.

WBA President Ken Kearns wrote in the association's Spring 2026 newsletter that the group is "already deep into planning this year's Radnor Fall Festival." Kearns also previewed Wayne Trick or Treat on Halloween and Christmas in Wayne on Friday, Dec. 4.

The 313-member association is the organizing force behind several of Wayne's largest annual events.

Two weeks after the street fair, Radnor Township holds its 14th annual Fall Harvest & Great Pumpkin Patch on Sunday, Oct. 4, at the Willows, 490 Darby-Paoli Road in Villanova. The free event runs from noon to 3 p.m. and is open to township residents.

Families can expect tractor rides, a mechanical bull, games, activities, food and a pumpkin patch. Residents can register for a free large pumpkin while supplies last. The event has won a Pennsylvania Recreation & Parks Society Excellence in Programming Award, according to Visit Philadelphia.

Admission is free.

The Willows Park Preserve, founded in 2017 by Radnor residents, signed a 25-year lease with the township in 2019 to restore and operate the Willows Mansion for community use. If rain cancels the Oct. 4 event, the makeup date is Sunday, Oct. 11.
